What Are Shipping Costs?

Will I Make Contracts with Cargo Companies?

No, you do not need to make a special contract with cargo companies.

Where Do I Make the Shipping Payment?

You can make online payments and load credits by logging into the T-Soft cargo panel via the application market. Your cargo shipments will be deducted from these credits as they are sent. You will need to reload when the credits run out.

Who Will Issue the Shipping Invoice to Me?

The invoice will be issued by T-Soft.

When is the Cargo Invoice Issued?

Each time you top up, an invoice will be issued for the amount of your top up.

Can I See My Shipping Details and Costs?

Will I Pay Fees for Shipping Integrations?

No, you will not pay any cargo integration fees for the cargo companies used through T-Soft cargo.

I Sent a Cargo to My Customer, But the Customer Did Not Receive It, Will I Pay Additional Fees In This Case?

When cargo companies fail to deliver the product and return it, we pass on the difference in fee they charge according to their standard procedure, and this fee is deducted from your credits.

How Will Shipping Companies Recognize Our Packages?

When you print a cargo label from the T-Soft panel, they will understand it from the barcode and the "T-Soft Cargo" description on the label.

Do Cargo Companies Collect Shipments from Our Office?

When you call the cargo company and share the quantity of your cargo to be delivered, they will come and pick it up.

What Do I Need to Do to Start Using It?

All you need to do is go to the T-Soft application market and install the T-Soft Cargo application. Then, you can test the system by loading some credit.

Do I need to make a cargo contract with T-Soft?

No, you do not need to make a contract with T-Soft. You do not need to make a contract with a cargo company either. You do not need to make a contract with anyone for cargo shipment.

Can I Stop Using It If I Am Not Satisfied?

Yes, you do not have to make any commitment. Only the credits that are loaded cannot be returned. For this reason, you can load as much credit as you need.

Can I continue to use T-Soft Cargo while my agreements with my own cargo companies continue?

I Made a Shipment and My Credit Dropped, Then I Stopped Sending the Shipment to the Shipment, Will My Credit Be Restored?

Will I be responsible for the contents of my cargo shipments?

Yes, each of our customers is responsible for the content of the cargo they send, the customer from whom each cargo is received is recorded, and our customer will be responsible if there are shipments that would constitute a crime according to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Is Cold Chain Shipment Possible?

Our current cargo options do not include cold chain transportation services. Cargo companies that provide this service may be added in the future.
